If you're trying to stream a desktop with text on it, scaling is going to produce blur. Stream at native resolution at a lower framerate.

So i should stream game not in window mode? Do i undrestand that correctly?

My setup is desktop 1920*1080 and the games are in windows mode

No. I was saying that if your content is not a game, but desktop content (text) then the scaling will definitely make it blurry.

I'm not sure what you mean by "grainy".

Your log doesn't contain a streaming session so I can't judge performance or see settings like your bitrate.

frist am sorry i did not say it first. Thank you for your help :-))

if you look my videos https://www.twitch.tv/krmic/videos what baffles me is that am trying stream in 720p60 and if i compare my stream to others who stream in 720p.. my vidoes doesnt look sharp.. i mean the numbers above bars in the game..

That may be caused by scaling. If you want text to be sharp without any softening, play the game at the same resolution as OBS' canvas resolution. So either play and stream in 1080 or play and stream in 720.

You could also try adding a Sharpen filter to your capture.
