Question / Help OBS streaming going black

So we are trying to stream from an IP camera to youtube and randomly after a few days or a few hour (its very hard to figure out a pattern) the imagine in OBS will go black. The stream is still running (the youtube channel is streaming live black image).

I cant for the life of me figure out why. For example last night:

We thought we had a firewall rule push that was causing the black out so at 3am when the rule was applied i watched the machine drop connection then reconnect. I had scheduled a task to reboot 20mins after the firewall push (incase it was the firewall push) and sure enough the box came back up and stream automatically started. It has been running with no issues for 2days prior to that, and then after the reboot it went black at 6am so about 3 hours later.

Im attaching the log files if anyone can shed some light?

You can see in the earlier 2 log files where the network went down then came back up... it was between 5am and 6am that the video in OBS went black and continued to stream to youtube so technically i would assume OBS was still "working"
