OBS stream to Miracast or Chromecast?

I need to stream my OBS input/source to Miracast (one of my smart TVs has this capability). Can this be done with OBS? How about streaming to Chromecast? All I could find is streaming to some service, such as YouTube and the like.

VLC is very unreliable when it comes to that unfortunately.
