Obs stream to Facebook from xbox console companion appsuper slow

Hi. Please help. I've tried all the settings available on YouTube and all.

My stream to Facebook is soooo slow, it shows movement maybe after 1 minute of movement from my xbox one.

Im using a 4gb ram 500gb pc. Its an HP 600B microtower.

My Internet WiFi speed is at 2mbps upload speed.

not "slow" it is a delay

1-15s is default related to fb or other not controll able
over it sounds like you set a delay like OBS -> Settings -> Advanced-> Stream delayis active
Disable it

Ok if the delay is not checked and you see the xbox video "instant" 30-300ms delay on the OBS Preview window
then you need to talk to facebook or check that settings if there is some where a delay option or issue

if the OBS delay Option is Not Active and no delay Visible in the Preview of OBS , every delay you see/realize comes from the Streaming server/Provider. there is nothing you can do. on OBS/pc side. you need to look on streaming service side if there is a delay option or reason

this reports 6s delay on same pc like the stream runs and +10s on mobile phone view of the same stream
other 15s google search about facebook live delay report up to 15minutes of delay in stream of long time (2y ago)
the net is full of reports of huge delays on FB streams related to other streaming services with low delay streams
on a help page i read that FB adds 15s default delay but not found a FB information about that (i not go on facebook pages)
