OBS stream not showing up in Facebook live and not recording iMac camera

Hello I am a newbie who is having trouble with OBS. When I do a test Facebook Live stream my OBS video does not show up. When I do a test recording with Facebook live I get no video but I do get audio. So the audio stream is working but not the video.

I see myself in the OBS video screen but when I make a recording all that gets recorded is my audio from my Focusrite 4i4 but no video. Any ideas?

Also, when I try follow the directions here about how to include a log file, I am not able to. I get a window that says
"error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: /usr/local/etc/openssl@1.1/cert.pem CApath: /usr/local/etc/openssl@1.1/certs"

I am on a 2015 iMac running Mojave 10.14.3
