OBS stream not holding on YouTube

I'm broadcasting our local HS football games on YouTube with OBS Studio 30.2.3 (64 bit). We've done this successfully for 3 years. However, this year I'm constantly getting dropped during the stream by YouTube. Initially, I thought the problem was internet connection/network pit falls. However, this last week there was no problem with the connections whatsoever (160 mb/Down and 100+ mb/Up) I'm absolutely stumped and I'm curious if it's my settings (which I've been utilizing the Auto-Configuration Wizard since it appeared on my last update). Currently, I'm trying to stream with the following OBS settings:
Video Bitrate: 10,000 Kbps
Audio Bitrate: 64
Video Encoder: Hardware (QSV, H.264)
Resolution: 1280x720
FPS: 60
The computer I'm using is a HP Spectre Laptop with the following Hardware:
Device name DESKTOP-N7QFQJU
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 2.70 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Display adapters Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics

...I've attached the OBS LogFiles from my Last 4 broadcasts (all experiencing getting bumped from YouTube). THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for any help you can contribute!
