Hello! I am Rocket, I used to have a account buy my password stopped working.
Anyway to my problem, when I stream with OBS it is choppy on the website, the indicator of the stream on OBS is green.
My Video Bitrate was set at 4500 but I put it to 3000 with the same problem. I was streaming at 1280x720@29.97, and the stream would lag.
I used to have the same thing with video recording until I reinstalled it completely two times. My CPU percentage was at 40%, and the bitrate
it was streaming at was 3100. I noticed that even though on screen it was not lagging and obs stating that my CPU was at 40% OBS preview
was lagging. I have streamed with this computer before with no issues.
If my specs are needed here they are
Ryzen 3 1200
GTX 1060 6GB
16GB of 3200MHz Ram

Edit: Okay so I did some more testing, the CPU was not at 40% it was around 20% the whole game, I used a Optimizer for the best settings and found that it says I should stream at a 3500 biterate. My PC is handing the game and OBS fine but the stream is not going as smoothly as they show. Also my internet should be able to do 720@30fps, my upload and download speed are 40mbps down and 5mbps.
