Any time i begin my stream it works fine, once the game begins the stream and OBS lags ): any help?

Why would you set your output resolution higher than your base resolution? That's makes no sense whatsoever.
Also don't have game and display capture sources in the same scene.
Lastly your CPU is overloaded, and that's why you're having the issues you're having. Make sure it's not overheating. And if it's not, then check your anti-virus and make sure it isn't activating some type of "Game mode" or messing with OBS.
