Question / Help OBS stream lag on gtx 1080ti help??

I could really use some help with figuring out my stream, I built a very nice computer with great parts but my stream continues to lag even on 720p. I've tested my internet and have upload of 11 and download of 82, but they seem to vary depending on the day. If someone could help me figure out the best settings I can run OBS streams on without problem please let me know, thanks
