OBS Stream Lag/Crash

Hey everyone, so here is the thing... Whenever I go live and play games OBS will without warning lag along with the game I'm playing and suddenly the stream will turn off and freeze the program. Which I then have to close with Task Manager. Interestingly enough it seems to only happen when I play games that are unoptimized or have lag pretty consistently. The games i am referring to are Call of Duty Vanguard and New World. Those two in particular seem to make it happen more often than anything else.

I will link the log of the latest crash and also talk about what I have done so far.
-Checked for memory leaks
-Reinstalled and uninstalled the games and the OBS program
-I have tried using Stream labs and Stream elements OBS
-Different encoding settings along with different bitrates
-My drivers are always up to date and I am running on the new windows.
Nothing seems to work. At first it was "an encoding error has occurred" but now its a completely different monster. Thank you in advance for any help into this problem. I know that most of the stuff I have tried wouldn't have an effect on this problem, but you gotta try anything right?
