OBS stream gets all choppy and laggy after about 1h+ into the stream

My stream runs fine and smoothly for about an hour or so then suddenly, there would be these grey pixels running all across the stream. It only lasts for a couple of seconds, then go backs to normal, then lags again. Anyone have any idea what is causing this?
