Watch from 1:30 - As you can see the FPS is fine, the stream quality is fine, everything is fine.

At 2:10 - I alt tab and the entire stream glitches out and I don't even know anything about it unless someone tells me or I view it on my phone.

How can I fix this or is it not possible to Stream on OBS with Twitch with one monitor.

Specs:
- I7-8700k 4.8Ghz

- Rescale Output 720p - ON
- CBR
- 3500bit rate
- Key Frame Interval - 2
- CPU Usage Preset - Medium
- Profile - Main
- Tune (none)

Advanced:

Thank you for the help if you have any!

RTSS backround service still running, maybe?
Disabling the RTSS OSD Overlay is not the same as disabling the whole RTSS service or closing MSI Afterburner + RTSS.

You are allowed, but as RTSS already hooks into games/framebuffer it can cause problems when multiple programms will do so (RTSS + OBS).

So after some more testing:

- Game capture Flickers regardless of streaming, it simply does even while watching 2nd monitor.
- Window Capture flat out is frozen
- Display capture captures perfectly.

What???

Lol and I fixed the issue by ticking "Capture third party overlays (such as steam)" because I had the steam overlay technically active but never on.......... wow......
