Question / Help OBS stream freezing when tabbing out

So I only yesterday got OBS, so I'm very new to it, but whenever I use game capture, it will show video and audio until I tab out. Using capture window rather than any fullscreen application, as they both have the same issue.

If you're playing the game fullscreen, and alt+tabbing out, the game will stop rendering when it is not fullscreen. This is by design, and there's nothing you can do about it. You can choose to run the game windowed if you need it to keep rendering when it loses focus.

I mean more of that, when I tab back in, the stream is still frozen. It does not update from the state it was in after the first tab out, and will stop rendering until I exit and restart the game.
