Question / Help OBS Stream dropping frames

Very recently I have began to drop frames on my OBS. It was fine just weeks ago. I'm not sure what is wrong. i have tried disabling preview and that does not help. Here is my log.

PS I've tried using different encoders but am getting the same problem. right now I am using intel quick sync because it is the best for me.

Your internet is also causing some dropped frames.
