OBS stream CUTTING, drops to zero, then returns

I've been having issues with OBS cutting out when streaming to Restream.io, youtube, and other platforms. I pulled the log file from todays test stream, where the problem got worse and would not reconnect.

Disable 'adaptive bitrate', and look into the connection problems that are causing it to have to kick in. This won't happen if you have a good connection to the server. As a side note, speedtest sites are worthless for livestreamers. They take the PEAK speed, not the MINIMUM speed that livestreaming relies on.

This is how it's set up...I can't change the options under network, when I click them nothing happens.

Your gigabit network card is only connecting at 100mbps, this suggests a bad cable or extremely outdated modem / switch / router.

Ran a test stream after connecting a new ethernet cable - anyone see anything in the attacked Log File that might help me diagnose?

Anyone have any advice? I'm at a loss of what to do. Streams always cutting out. Very difficult to work with this happening. Here's the log file for myt recent test - it cuts out at least once per hour, sometimes more.

so basically it gets disconnected, it tries to re-connect, says its already in use

dunno what setting you have to set there to clear your old connection
