OBS stream crashing but OBS still functioning

So when I am streaming to Twitch everything starts normal then all of the sudden my stream goes offline. When I look at OBS my display is frozen and my bit rate shows 0. The timer will still go and I can navigate the menus perfectly fine. Strangest part is the when I click the "stop streaming" button OBS crashes. No other applications are affected.

1. If available via Windows Update, update Windows 10 to the newest available version per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
2. The new Windows 10 Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") added with version 2004 is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's a new and experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
3. Your log contains no streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream to crash OBS.
4) Open OBS. Select Help > Log Files > Upload Last Log File and Crash Reports > Upload Last Crash Report. Send those links here.

Probably you should update Windows, also there's no information about OBS version number, what you should update too. For other folks, there's may other problem with OBS, probably a third-party plugin or so. Therefore you should open a new thread, with OBS log.
