OBS Stream being so Choppy in MacBook Pro!!!!

I recently wanted to stream PUBG Mobile in my YouTube channel.
I watched lots of tutorials in YouTube to set up OBS and the stream and everything.
And after setting up everything I thought I'm ready to go.

My device is :
MacBook Pro 15-inch, 2017
Processor : 2.9 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
Memory : 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Graphics : Radeon Pro 560 4 GB, Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB

I think my device can handle a bit of over work, but I can only stream with OBS opened. If I open another application like Chrome or MS Word, my whole device starts to lag. That don't even happen when I use both Photoshop and Premiere Pro at the same time(both of which are very heavy application).
And even when I use only OBS, the final product which is streaming in the YouTube is so choppy.

Can someone please help me!!!!

This is my last log file : https://obsproject.com/logs/U6FZwxjInJsSef_s

I love the way obs let's you create but I cant figure out how to stream or record without it looking bad. It's very frustrating. Can someone please help?

Your log contains no recording or streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or whichever support chat you are using or use the Log Analyzer (see sig).
