OBS Stream - AMD R5 3600 + 5600 XT

Hello. I have a problem with streaming in Twitch or YT. I have lags slow montion efect and my streams have pixels. When i have 100-120 fps in my monitor i see 25-30, x264 is to much for Ryzen 5 3600? Who can help me with config OBS? Any presets? My max UPLOAD 8mb/s
