Question / Help OBS Stream 1 PC with or without capture card

Doing some research, i saw some peopple saying that capture card its not needed for 1 pc streaming.

Q1 - I´ll be ok to stream with only one pc?
Specs:
i7 7700k (4.2~4.5Ghz)
64Gb Ram
Asus Rog Strix 1080 ti OC 11G
My CPU can handle it normally, with no worries? No heavy loads?

Q2 - I have i5 2.2Ghz
8Gb Ram
GTX 560
(im not sure if this is the real specs, its something around it)

This pc can be the second PC used for stream?

Q3 - Should i keep with my PC 1 only who have high specs?

Not only is it not needed, it's actually more likely to cause problems.

My CPU can handle it normally, with no worries? No heavy loads?

Generally, but some games are poorly optimized and will cause problems regardless

Unless it's a recent generation DESKTOP, no.

Q1 will be fine to be streaming from, until the point singlethread games are hogging all the performance available and not leaving enough for OBS.

Q1+Q2 setup is only necessary when you want all the performance to the game and offload the streaming/recording to another PC.
