Question / Help OBS stops working when I open the game

Hello, soo the problem is that when I put the overlays and set up for OBS it works perfectly, but when i open a League of Legends then it stops working, and by that i mean that it starts lagging like crazy, no matter what i click OBS will respond slowly.

I have a Macbook Pro with this setup:
Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel Iris 1536 MB

I really hope u can help me guys, since i got really excited and designed everything, but now i cant even touch OBS when the game is on. :(

@NanaFD Welcome!I think it's because your League of Legends is hogging up the CPU,making OBS run slowly.Try changing your LoL settings.
