so I have the latest update no update needed it says... getting this these days
every now and then the recording stops broadcasting to youtube. the program seems to be running? but nothing reaching youtube. trying to stop the broadcast and record after this happens is impossible.. close program with warning it is running// but no output or way to stop, the recorded output is up till the point when youtube lost the connection. recovery is -- I have to go to task manager and look in background tasks as when obs closes, it.. starts in the background a obs program so I end task there then normal obs start again and things are fine... the action of going to task manager and ending that background process is annoying? but it will work on restart till this happens again about mmmmm anywhere from hours later to a few days of broadcasting. (over and over every now and then.. same thing.) I was thinking you guys had this under control and just wait for the update but === it has been weeks with this problem :( this is the last log file from earlier today when it happened I guess there are a few log files.. I can include IDK if they are created when I end task with task manager or not.. but there are log files every few days in use. before the 10-25 log the size of the files drop and it is a few days before like 10-22 the first log file is on 10-16 with 9 files total === let me know if I should upload them too?

this is a great program === and I want to help you guys fix this bug.. OK --- I will come back here the next time with a new log file when this happens ... and post it in this thread too === I can put up a earlier log files from the other days this is the only real problem I am having with extended long use.. sometimes days of use nonstop.

thanks it is set to CBR - constant bit rate.. that is.. on both the stream and the record.. they are different rates between the two? streaming is 8888 and recording is 5000

I just changed them both to 8888

ok there were other things between the record and the stream I just matched them all up...

cbr
8888
keyframe = 0
perset Quality the stream was performance with the record in quality but now they are both quality
profile high the profiles were different too both are high now.
no check
no check and
gpu = 0 was is the same for both
Max B-frames = 0 is now same.

the max B-frames was 2.. for the record and zero for the steam- but they are matching now.

it dropped out just now and I have.. included the current log here for the session that ended that way again.---
