OBS stops responding when I open Properties for Video Capture Devices and when I exit OBS

Hi, im a streamer and this is a major problem for me. Can anyone help me fix this, i am so energy deprived trying again and again.
I have a 4060 rtx graphic card and intel i5 10 gen and 16 gb ram, it would be really helpful if someone can help me or a OBS official can help me.
