OBS stops responding midstream

OBS randomly stops responding during stream, it can take 20 or 40 minutes for it happen.

Actually, it's not that it outright stops responding. It first freezes the stream, but the software seems to be responding. I can use the program functions and even stop the streaming. But then, when I try to close OBS, it stops responding, which tells me it was already "semicrashed" before.

This only happens when streaming, not when recording or using the virtual camera.

I am attaching logs of the stream that froze, as well as a screenshot of twitch inspector showing a sudden spike in bitrate.

There is no crash report, and the "stream shutting down" on log file is actually when I clicked the button to stop it, but it was already frozen for some time before that. Still, it streamed normally during 40 minutes.

I'm new to the business of streaming, so I have no idea what this might be and would be immensely happy if someone could help me.

Thanks.

Please review and follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer:

Yous should downscale to 1080p as you are streaming at 8000kbps which makes a 4k layout look really bad. And most platforms don't support 4k streaming.

Run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Restart OBS.
Do not change anything yet. Test is as is. Keep it on simple output mode.
Stay away from advanced output.

Thank you for the fast reply!

I gave a thorough look at the recommendations of the analyzer and corrected the issues pointed out (disabling HAGS).

However, I thought I was streaming at 1080p and 6000 kbps, as those are the settings on my OBS? Screenshots attached.

Anyways, I ran the config wizard and the only thing it changed was changing the Encoder Preset to P5 (Shouldn't my 4080 be able to run p7? Or is that not recommended?) and the audio bitrate to 160 (shouldn't it be 320?).

I also cannot change all my audio devices to 48khz since my headset only supports 44khz. Is that a big deal?

Thank you again.
