Obs Stopped working

Hello
first time in 3+ years i have seen this issue
basiclly my pc is new and i have never had this issue before
when i play games any game and try to logout the game or alt f4 the game
or sometimes while playing the obs stopped working and shutoff the stream completly
for no reason
and i'm very confident it's not my network because i have fiber connection and it's not my pc
because it's high end pc
i wish i could just give you guys pictures or anything but it's sooo random that i don't what is the issue and it really bugs me out
i hope someone help me with this issue

A log file from the moment it stops the stream would be just fine.
Check the hotkeys jus in case you're using it at the moment this happens

Your log needs to be from a recording or stream Your posted log doesn't include one
As asked for post a log from the next time it happens


As it is, you can disable HAGS
