OBS Stopped working with Elgato Game Capture HD (HDMI)?

I can't get OBS Studio to show the HDMI feed from my Elgato Game Capture HD anymore?

I use my capture device for 2 things. Capture via HDMI and capture via Composite. Lately I've captured a lot of video from Composite from NES and PS1, no problem. In the past to capture from Composite I would open the Elgato software and set:
Input: OTHER
Video In: Composite
Profile: HD 720 <-- this is what it spits out
Force 640x480 aspect ratio
works like a charm. Elgato Game Capture HD shows up in OBS Studio 26.1 and everything works fine.

Today I wanted to capture some video from another PC, so I open the Elgato software and set it like this:
Input: OTHER
Video In: HDMI
Profile: HD 720
uncheck force 640x480 aspect ratio.
Shows up fine in the Elgato software so I close it down. I start up OBS Studio 26.1 and I can select Elgato Game Capture HD as an input, but it just says "no signal"?

I tried uninstalling OBS Studio and reinstalling. Didn't help. I tried capturing from my Xbox 360 via HDMI which I know worked in the past, didn't work. Tried to change back to Composite and capture video from my NES, still works. I tried to change Profile to HD 1080 as the PC I want to capture from runs a resolution of 1920x1080, didn't work. Tried changing Profile back to HD 720 and the PC resolution to 1280x720, didn't work.

Capture via HDMI shows up fine in the Elgato software but not in a fresh install of OBS Studio?

Looking at the logfile, the videopath for elgato looks fishy?

before anyone asks, yes I use the composite adapter to capture from old consoles like NES and I use HDMI cables to capture from newer devices.

I think I found a solution to the problem. Apparantly the Elgato Game Capture HD runs 32-bit, so I need to use the 32-bit version of OBS...

I swear it used to work with OBS Studio 64-bit before but now it only works when I use composite as input?

Can you share your elgato and obs setting for the capture device?
