OBS Stopped Recognizing Video Capture Device

OBS suddenly stopped recognizing my video capture device. It has been working fine but yesterday just stopped. Video Capture Device is still listed in Sources. Video Capture Device is no longer listed in Audio Mixer but in Advanced Audio Properties, it shows Video Capture Device as ACTIVE but the L and R bar is not on. I have rebooted several times, disconnected and connected my Video Capture Device (Mira Box) several times but no luck. I have not installed any new programs or made any changes to settings. The last time I used OBS was yesterday morning, I used the same Source and it worked fine. I tried to run it again last night and it had stopped working. I tried another new Mira Box capture device and that didn't work either. I'm running Windows 10 on a gaming desktop and there have been no Windows Updates within the last few days. I've attached a log but I have close and opened OBS several times while trying to trouble shoot this issue. I've also attached to screen shots showing Source screen and the Audio Mixer screen.

I should note that even when I select Video Capture Device in Source, I still see my desktop.

Thank you for your help.

Solved. It took me most of the day today but I got it working again. My Video Capture Device Source setting must have gotten corrupt. I made a new Video Capture Source and put in all the settings. I should have tried that in the first place.
