Question / Help OBS Stopped Loading

When I attempt to open studio, the icon shows up on the taskbar but when I try to click it, it doesn't show up.
I also attached an example of what happens when I attempt to open it. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled everything twice.
Here is the log.

This looks like you had a crash but there is a separate log for that can you upload the latest one, you can find the crash logs by Right Clicking Start, Run type in %appdata% then press return, go into the obs-studio folder and then crashes. Upload the latest log from there.
