OBS stop streaming out of nowhere

Hello everyone,
I use the latest obs to date and stream on twitch.
I'm using it without any plugins, and sometimes, he stops streaming out of nowhere, dont even give me a warning.
Ppl just tell me that the stream goes off, but everything looks fine on OBS.
I've seen the kb/s counter on the bot right of the program, and it shows 0kb/s for any reason, but my internet connection is just fine.

Then, I need to stop the stream manually and start it over again.
Any hint?

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

I'm having the same issues, on 3 different occasions, since getting the new updated software, OBS has just stopped streaming on Twitch, no warning, only notice because I lose the stream on Twitch on another computer. Close OBS and restart, start stream, never another issue for the night??? Here are my logs for tonight. Lost the stream in the first hour.

I followed the analyzer hints and solved almost everything there. Hope it helps, didn't know about this tool.

Btw, having multiple game capture is really a issue? I never play more than 1 game at time.
And I dont know how use the hotkey feature.

Yeah, but how I change games then? Like, I play valorant and league of legends. It's not the same executable.
There's some tutorial to change games with hotkeys or something like that?
