OBS Stocked On "Stopping Recording..."

I've been recording a video, and when I finished, y went to OBS to Stop the recording, but I did it and I've been waiting for an hour and still saying "Stopping Recording..." and don't do anything. I checked the files and they are totally broken. Can someone help me? Please

I remember this use to happen when I recorded to MP4, but then I switched to MKV and it wasn't an issue.
