If anyone can help me that'd be amazing, I'm currently streaming on a dedicated streaming rig, Ryzen 9, GTX 1070, 16gb Ram, Everything runs like butter until I do stinger transitions, I sit at around 5-8cpu until I change scenes and it spikes up to 50 percent and causes the transtition to lag and stutter and then stream continues fine after. Any suggestions?
Thanks for popping in and helping in advance

If you use mov or mp4 it probably kill the smoothness. It's better to use webm format.
The smaller the file size the better because it uses less resources from the system. Even if the result is not as good as you may want. Just test with different settings on the video. And if the video have transparency, go straight for webm as it uses less CPU that mov. At least this is what worked for me.

That's what I have webm, even at 720 or 1080 there's not a huge difference and still get rendering lag. My streaming PC is dedicated just for that but would game mode being enabled help? In the few post even seen that are new says to enable it before they said to just disable all the windows game stuff

Yes, right now it's adviced to enable game mode. Used to be bad (like win11) but they fixed it. Of course, enable if you have an updated win10/11.
