OBS Still Showing a Black Screen

I've tried turning off the game bar, running it as an admin, adjusting settings using the auto-wizard, tried "fixes" and watched 3 or more videos. Made about 4 or more posts about this still no fix. I tried searching the web but to no avail.

So basically my PC is too potato to do 1080p 60 FPS? Because I followed that guide still didn't work.

Display capture is disabled by your laptop's settings.

I used Windows Capture instead of display capture and now it's working
