Question / Help OBS still Disconnects and reconnects, tried every solution help please!

I just don't know where the problem is at OBS disconnects and reconnects immediately without a problem so why is it disconnecting and how can this be resolved, I tried everything in the help forum as a solution already but it was not working for me, please help me because I lose viewers for this.

I added a my OBS log within this thread!

If you've really tried everything in https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/ then the problem is with your ISP and not on your end.

But RMTP is server sided right does that mean that I got a little package loss because of my ISP then? because I know I only get a little package loss what causes my dc, furthermore my settings are all right configured right? It's not that OBS collides with a certain something what causes the dc? And yes I tried everything in that link you show me.
