OBS starts with Untitled Profile and Scenes

Hi folks,
Been having an issue last few weeks where OBS starts with Untitled Profile and Scenes.
We shut down OBS after at the end of weekend services and restart the following weekend.

1. First issue was 3/10, and we reloaded the profile and scenes, found later that some "settings" didn't reload with the profile load, i.e. start/stop stream/rec prompts, auto record when streaming, video format (reverted from mk4 to mp4) and websocket enable.
2. Issue repeated 3/17, same thing with untitled profile/scenes, recordings and the automatic stream/recording trigger links were goofed up. Video format was correct but had an older copy of the websocket plugin which goofed up Bitfocus Companion remote triggers (that could have been me backing up/updating the OBS folders and including the no-longer-needed external plugin). We then found the built-in websocket was not enabled and was on an "auto password" rather than the one we use (and Bitfocus Companion connects through). We reset the PW and enabled the websocket and OBS crashed. Connected when we restarted it.
3. Today (3/24), OBS starts with Untitled Profile and Scenes again, so we reloaded our profile and scenes again, reset prompts/auto-record, (video format was correct at .mkv), and websocket was not enabled and was on an "auto password" again. We reset the PW and enabled the websocket and OBS crashed again. Connected when we restarted it.

Crash logs are for the pre-crash/post-crash instances (earliest log started with the post crash).
