Question / Help OBS starts dropping frames. (Not sure why)

I was streaming for a little bit and everything was going fine, my frames just started to drop out of no where.

Dropped frames are a connection issue.

This is my internet speed. I have my bitrate set to 2750. Shouldn't that be able to handle it? I'm using an Ethernet cable directly to my computer.
