Hi everyone,
I've been streaming for the past 4-5 months and everything was great! I had no issues with obs or frame or anything. The stream was doing well and my laptop was able to perform well even so that i could play games on it and stream or use photoshop and other intensive stuff while streaming.

As of the past week or two out of nowhere my streams started to lag tremendously, to the point where i wasnt even able to move my mouse, my browser would slow down, everything would just feel like its about to crash, sometimes the stream would be fine within the first minute or so, but then all hell would break loose.

Here are my mac specs:
Ram 16gb
CPU i7 2.9 ghz
GPU
Radeon Pro 560 4 GB
Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Ive attached the log files of the past attempts at streaming.

Thank you all for the help!

I would try creating a blank scene collection and start adding basic elements to see if some part of your current scene collection is corrupted. The encoding lag on this machine is CPU overload; you've got a fair number of browser sources as well as some VST filters, I would start building scenes without those and see as you add them back if the poor performance returns.

Loaded CPU can also cause issues with USB audio devices buffering, and you have a little bit of that, too.
