Bug Report OBS Start Up Crash with VLC 2.2.8

OBS 20.1.0 crashes on startup when the latest VLC (2.2.8) is installed.
When I downgrade VLC, then OBS starts.

That log is for OBS 19.0.3, not 20.1.

Ooops ... Sorry! I installed and uninstalled OBS so many times last night for my previous start-up issue, I apparently forgot to go back to 20.1. I'll try that tonight when I get home.
