Hi! I am having trouble with Sound Alerts. If I have the option to control through OBS, it's distorted. If I don't, there is no Sound stream side. I hear it fine my side. I troubleshot with Sound Alerts already, who said "Sadly, this highly confirms my guess that this is a bug on the side of OBS regarding browser sources." I can screen shot the whole convo for you if you'd like, so you can see what's been attempted.

1) How it sounds, that your "distortion"? Is there example somewhere?
2) If you capture local sinewave sounds - is it sounds OK?

https://support.soundalerts.com/en/article/Control-audio-via-OBS-or-Streamlabs-bug It's a well documented bug. When the option is cut off, it's no longer distorted, it's just gone.

This info isn't helpful to troubleshoot the issue. It just states that there is possible issue with the capture feature of OBS. You did the same by starting your thread here. If you wish - you may make more tests to figure out what is going on.
At least, attach OBS log-file from the session (look for right log-file by time and date) where the issue was present. (sometimes, it may help to developers to better understand the root of the problem)
