Obs sometimes tab-out games that are in fullscreen.

e.g. CS2, Apex, Valorant.
Windowned fullscreen works fine, But in fullscreen every once and a while the game would be tabed in and out itself.
I'm in obs 27.2.4 but this issuse has been prsent before. I am using some plugins like streamFX and spout2. I don't know if anyone have the same issuse? Please help
