OBS somehow worsening the quality of the video

So I start as ussual with my PC specs (which should be even more than needed for 1080p, 60fps) - Ryzen 7 3700x, rx 5700 xt, 16GB 3200MHz memory. And so, first I have seen it in Minecraft, the preview in OBS looked exactly as I had it on monitor. Even the first second of recording looks fine but then everything worsens, I have attached 2 images (first one is how it should look vs. 2nd one is how it looks from OBS) comparing my view and the recording.
