I am having an issue where OBs wasn't recognizing video inputs. When I would close it a part of the program would remain open. So when I try to reopen it the computer would think that OBS is still running and wouldn't properly reopen. The computer then wouldn't let me close the remainder of the program even as admin stating that I didn't have privilage. I figured something had happened with the download and that was what was preventing it from operating properly. After I deleted it and tried to redownload it but won't let me run the installer because it still thinks that the program is running. suggestions?
