Question / Help OBS Sluggish?

OBS seems slow lately. Once I open it, you can tell it's a bit sluggish and I haven't even started streaming yet. It has never given me this problem before, just recently.

Overheat? Then try to clean up your PC (maybe a lot of dust inside).
