OBS Slow/Non-Responsive when 'Settings' window is called

I have been noticing this for at least the past few days/week.

When I attempt to pull up the 'Settings" window OBS goes non-responsive. If I wait (1minute, 45 seconds this morning) the settings window will pop up. OBS is non-responsive during this period.

I am on 27.2.4 and Windows 11, although the log lists it as Windows 10, Build 22000. Log file attached. This was a short session for demonstration purposes only. I called up the settings window and it took about 20-25 seconds to come up.

Here are the results of the log analyzer. I use a Blackmagic Web Presenter 4K to do my encoding and streaming, so no analysis of streaming or recording should be necessary. The problem replicates during sessions whether streaming occurs or not.
