Here is my last log: https://gist.github.com/eec4ede2e08ccae9755516eadbe0e2be

So i have been streaming for years and like to think I know a lot on how OBS works. I currently use studio but also tried classic. I am currently running CSGO through gamecapture and am getting a MAX of 15.5% CPU usage while playing and streaming. When I am watching on my preview screen im getting an insane stutter/skip. No frames are being dropped either.

PC Specs:

i7 5820k
SLI GTX 960s
16 GB Ram
500GB SSD
MSI X99A Gaming 7 MOBO

Internet Speed:

160down
160 Up

Any suggestions? The only different settings i have on Windows 10 compared to Windows 7 is that now I cant disable Aero. I know thats due to windows 10. Its very frustrating and shows and takes away from my stream

- SLI can cause this, disable it or turn on multi-GPU compatibility mode. There is no good fix for this, it's a side effect of how SLI renders things.

- Do your monitors run at different refresh rates, and you're putting OBS on a monitor with a different refresh rate than what it's capturing? Using a G-SYNC monitor with G-SYNC enabled? Both are problematic.

I use 3 different monitors. I am playing on a 144hz monitor but my obs is setting on a 60hz monitor. Im playing on a BenQ

How do i determine G-Sync and where would I go to turn it off.. I guess my main problem is that I never had this issue until upgrading to windows 10. Always was using SLI before then

Presumably you would know whether you bought a G-SYNC monitor or not. Check the specs? If it's enabled, try disabling it.

You can also try moving OBS to the same monitor that you're capturing from if disabling SLI doesn't seem to have any effect.

So because my obs is on a 60hz monitor compared to the 144hz that would cause OBS and the stream to stutter?

My main question is why didnt it do this before switch to windows 10?

Please do the suggested testing first to confirm the issue.

my point is that testing has been done lol... It worked fine before and all of sudden now its not working right... Im literally telling you everything ur asking me to change/disable was okay and worked fine before windows 10

I'm asking you to test it now, with your current setup, to determine if the changes suggested in this thread do in fact resolve the stutter you're experiencing. If none of the suggested changes help then we can look at other possible causes.

You haven't given a clear answer as to which, if any, of the changes had an effect on the problem you're currently experiencing. "It worked before" is not an answer.

I said it in the original post. Literally EVERYTHING from monitor, to PC specs, to monitor, to what monitor my OBS is on compared to what game im playing on , to every single setting (Aside from Aero) is the same. Gsync HAS ALWAYS been on, SLI has ALWAYS been on. SLI was the main reason I went to studio because studio is compatible. There are other people that have and run the SAME exact settings as me with GSync with the same monitor and with SLI and in some cases even worse PCs.

When I preview obs skips/stutters on EVERY monitor, when I stream skips on OBS and Stream with no fps drop or high cpu usage, when I local record same exact thing.

Everything on my PC runs fine. Game is smooth, PC is smooth, alt tabbing is smooth, but the video on OBS stutters and has a slight skip

im not sure if this means anything but "Multi-adapter Compatibility... Does that have anything to do with SLI? When I check that box in Game Capture it seems to fix the issue

That was indeed the first suggestion in my first post in this thread. Sorry for being slightly off with the option's wording, in the future if you have trouble finding an option like that please be sure to ask for clarification.
