OBS shows OBS Instead of window capture

I am trying to stream Vroid but when the window capture is set for vroid, it show's OBS trying to capture my chrome browser. How do I fix this? Vroid is NOT fullscreen program and using game capture doesn't work. (It shows empty instead of black screen)

This is the only program I've encountered this issue with OBS. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Edit: It has turned into a black screen. OBS already has the high performance option for graphics card (I only run game capture or window capture, not screen capture), running in adminstrator mode does nothing. Compatibility is set for windows 8, I have windows 11.

It just opens up to whataver the setup I have OBS on, like first look when OBS opens and loads everything fully with like 1/4 of the length blacked out.

!!!! RESOLVED (for now) !!!!

I guess after my pc was off overnight the game capture setting decided to start working instead of not showing anything.
