Question / Help OBS Shows Black Screen With Game Capture

I've been trying to stream League Of Legends Lately, and i understand that you need game capture to capture the In-Game Process to have the best possible FPS however, when i add a game capture and choose league Of Legends it only shows a black screen. please help
