Question / Help Obs shows ~30 fps but twitch VOD is 60 FPS

Hello there!

I was wondering, if anyone has ever noticed that when they stream, obs will show the game as 25-35 fps, the game is smooth for you, and you are expecting your stream VOD to be 25-35fps as well, but the VOD shows 60fps: somehow https://www.screencast.com/t/PQbmZsaKldy
I have a GTX970 and use NVENC encoding. The GPU never maxes out or anything and I get the same fps in OBS no matter what video quality settings I use.

Games like Rainbox Six Siege, Black Desert Online and PUBG, they all stream to OBS at ~30fps. Certain screens in these same games will show as 60fps but then you get into the game and it goes back down again. After the stream ,Twitch VODS still show it as 60fps the entire time...

Does anyone know at all what this could possibly be?

Thanks!

An Update to this : I am now noticing that OBS will show my games as 60FPS but the twitch VOD is clearly not 60FPS even though the video stats on the player say it is....anyone know what gives?

UPDATE: For anyone who faces this issue, my problem ended up being the Multi Adapter Compatibility Option in the Game Capture. Make sure this is unchecked as this will forced the capture to used Shared memory according to the OBS logs. Unchecking this allowed my stream to actually look 60fps
