What settings are needed for me to stream on twitch if my computer is even good enough to stream.

Processor: AMD e-300 APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics 1.30 GHz
RAM: 4GB
System Type 64-bit operating system, x64 based processor

Internet: 35.85 download, 12.00 upload.
