I Need to know what to use p5 or p6, because I was told to turn off lookahead, but it turns on regardless of the check in p6. I want super smooth and high quality gameplay, at 60 fps. I know i dont have a dual pc setup but i want it as close as it can be. My system is
Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700KF 3.40 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)
GPU RTX 4070

heres a log if you want

oh i forgot to mention even other windows settings i should toggle let me know, because my stream is like as good as it can go for 60 fps and 6000 bitrate for twitch but it dont look 60 fps, i get the bitrate is low for 1080p but others look fine even if they arent partner rank, so i must be doing something wrong, even though i have myself etherneted in with 2g up and down. So ya if i can get some obs settings/window settings that would be amazing, hopefully that log helps with what settings i already have, and again with my setup should i maybe go to p5 instead of p6 since lookahead is enabled plain on p6 wether disabled or not. I just want my stream to actually look 60 fps how it should be.

If you're trying to get the most quality out of your bits, multi-pass fullscreen, look-ahead and psycho visual tuning should all be enabled. These use additional GPU so you may need to take that into account with your game settings.

Try adding static borders where you can. Static content tends to use less bits than dynamic content.

Also your log only contains a recording session.
