Hi, my PC setup is:
CPU: i7 7800X (3.5GHz x6)
GPU: 970GTX
RAM: 16GB DDr4 (i don't remember MHz, but more than 2000)
Webcam: Logitech c920 (is it making me laggs? Cause c920 prefer 30 fps not 60, i used 60 fps stream)
Internet: 30Mb Download / 8Mb Upload
Screen: Lanczos (32)
My problem is poor quality on live (visible pixels). I would like to know the best settings for my computer and the internet. Would I be able to stream in FullHD to improve the stream quality on YouTube? From what I noticed, with the same settings on Twitch, it's much better with quality, but I want to stream on YouTube. How to set the bitrate so that my stream looks okay? Change to NVENC H.264 on H.264? I would ask you for help - with H.264 which preset should I set? (I apologize for the screenshot in the Polish version, I could not change it to English, but I think everyone will know what's going on :D) AND IF YOU CAN - same with recording tab, to good quality for Adobe Premiere
