OBS Settings suitable for me

I wanted to record a video on OBS but I dont know what settings to use
What are the best settings to record Roblox on a PC like mine?

If you don't have a NVIDIA GPU, use Quick Sync (QSV) encoder. Profile High, Preset Quality, B and Key Frames 2.

Specifically... I don't know/couldn't tell you [I'm a newbie, just trying to help out].
But in general, start low in terms of video bitrate, monitor (Task Mgr/Resource Monitor) and increase until you hit bottleneck/contention, and then back off to have some spare room for the unexpected. There are lots of YouTube videos and similar articles on OBS optimization. Not being a gamer, my target is different, with different requirements.

If you're playing Roblox in fullscreen, set the base and output resolution to same the resolution as your monitor.
If disk space is not an issue, use CRF/CQP to record. The lower the CRF/CQP value, the higher the quality.
